‘Maximum Refund Guarantee’ means that if you opt for our premium tax return service and provide written evidence from another registered tax agent that they could have got you a larger refund, we’ll give you double your tax preparation fees back. The evidence must be based on the same data and tax year used to prepare your initial return and all positions taken on all returns must be in compliance with applicable law. The evidence must list the other agent’s service fees and expected refund, and be received by us within 3 months of us lodging your tax return.
